4to (9 5/8 x 7 1/2 in.; 244 x 190mm). Engraved title-page vignette of the Sheldonian Theatre, text in parallel columns of Coptic and Latin; occasional light foxing, mostly confined to preliminary and last few leaves.  Modern quarter russet morocco, spine gilt-lettered, buckram sides; library markings at foot of spine, minor wear at edges.
