Illustration is quite accurate. Good condition overall.
Tazza one : restoration to an handle, two chips have been restored along the neck. One break restored from the neck to the center. the central prominence is probably restored.
A small restoration to the base of the staim. A chip has been restored to the top of the staim. Each plinth is constructed with two pieces.
Tazza two, cup : one handle is restored. a small restoration around the center. The staim is restored at the upper and lower part.

Catalogue Note
Ce modèle de coupe est directement inspiré des vases de l'époque romaine du 1er siècle après J.-C. tels que l'on peut les voir dans le recueil Maciet 475/2, Vases Antiquité. Vol. 2, conservé à la bibliothèque des Arts décoratifs.
La matière ici employée est un albâtre antique provenant des carrières d'Afrique du Nord appelé Alabastro a pecorella minuta violetta par Faustino Cordi et reproduit dans l'ouvrage de C. Napoleone (op. cit.) réutilisé par les lapidaires italiens au début du XIXe siècle.
