Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate despite a little too bright. Good overall condition despite the inevitable very minor scratches and marks due to age, use and handling. A small chip on the rim of the top. Very nice chasing with a nice patina.

Ce guéridon aux lignes néo-classiques est directement inspiré des modèles antiques, cet hommage à l'antique est renforcé par le plateau en diorite de granit gris qui vient coiffer le piètement. Cette pierre connue et appréciée durant l'antiquité a été utilisée dans l'Egypte ancienne. Le renouveau classique aura à cœur de remettre au goût du jour des marbres et pierres antiques comme la diorite orbiculaire dont les veines naturelles séduiront les artisans lapidaires.
