Description
- Ceramic
each of bulbous form with ear-shaped handle, one with moulded white floral design surrounded by polychrome floral design with black outlines, the other comprising bands of alternating floral and stylised cypress tree motifs, with abstract stem and four leaves mark to underside
Condition
Both in fairly good condition, the cup with moulded white decoration with break to almost half of foot, hairline crack along frontal design with some discoloration, very minor abrasions to edge, the larger cup also intact with some discoloration and abrasion visible inside and along rim and foot, as viewed.

Each of these cups features an original design characteristic of Kütahya-ware but uncommon, particularly in the boldness of the moulded decoration on one of the cups.
