Description

  • Silver
in three parts, the ewer of pyriform shape, engraved in zig-zag with foliate motifs, the domed cover with knop finial, swan neck and s-shaped handle, stamped to neck with tughra, the basin with en-suite decoration, detachable filter with similar motifs designed in openwork, both also stamped with tughras (undeciphered) and silver marks  

Condition

All three sections in generally good condition, slight tarnishing to surface resulting in some discoloration, scratch marks to base, cleaning product residue to interstices of ewer, as viewed.
