Arabic manuscript on paper, 6 leaves in concertina-form, bound as a book, each text panel with a large upper line of text in thuluth script in black ink, 5 lines beneath in neat naskh script in black ink, verses separated by gold florets of varying designs, laid down on album pages with different-coloured margins flecked with gold, lacquer binding with floral decoration and rope-work borders
Condition
In generally good overall condition, binding worn with various losses and lacquer cracks, pages generally clean and illumination bright, occasional water stains, as viewed.
