Condition
Both hat stands are in overall good condition. There is a ca. 15x7cm large area to the base of one of the hatstands where a spilled glass of champagne has caused the surface and enamels to oxidate. There are minor overall losses to the enamels particularly to the upper flared part of the central colomn supporting the upper part. There is some light overall pitting to the enamels and minor wear to the gilding particularly around the bases. The upper part of one hat stand is slightly leaning to one side.
