Condition

Executed on wove paper, not laid down, taped to the overmount along all four edges. The verso displayed an interior scene. A professional image of the verso is available on request. There are a few artists' pinholes at the lower corners and to the centre of the right edge. There is a 0.3 cm vertical tear to the left part of the lower edge and a 1cm surface scratch in the waves towards the centre of the lower edge. There is no evidence of retouching under UV light. Apart from a tiny nick (approx. 6cm from the lower edge and 14cm from the left edge), this work is in very good original condition. Please note that colours are generally more vivid than in the catalogue illustration.
