The canvas is not lined. Close inspection reveals some scattered minor paint losses and pinholes within the composition. There is a slight waviness to the canvas and some small surface scratches inherent to the artistic process on the model's right arm, as well as some stretcher marks running horizontally in the centre and some thin lines of craquelure in the lower left quadrant. There is no evidence of retouching under UV light. This work is in very good condition.
