Condition

Please see attached photo for in-painted or restored areas, minor restorations and imperfections elsewhere. The lid has been cut into three sections across the abdomen just below the collar, and across the ankles, then re-assembled. The back pigment on the face, perhaps bitumen, has some cracking. The pupils of the eyes do not seem to be obsidian as stated in the catalogue, and may be at least partially restored. The remainder of the eyes and eyebrows appear to be in good shape.
