Made circa 1854, commemorating Thomas Jefferson's signing of an act of Congress approving Ohio's boundaries and constitution on February 19, 1803.

Condition

overall condition is very sound there are some basting stitches on the edges to stars which are loose, and some minor discoloration and staining, all consistent with age and use
