Condition

The work is in good condition. The panel is bowed slightly convexly and this appears to be original to the work. There are several small losses along the upper edge and all four corners as well as scattered pinpoint losses to the border gilding. There is scattered, stable cracking to the gilding in the figure and deer and scattered hairline horizontal cracks in the gesso layer with two extending into the panel. Please note the correct date for this work is circa 1915.
