Description
- together with two further Q'ashqai kilims, 20th century
- approximately 262 by 156cm; 8ft. 7in. by 5ft. 1in.
Condition
The 20th century examples respectively 252 by 142cm and 258 by 160cm.
C. 1900 kilim. Some fold creases and tension marks. Some minor repairs and consolidation. With some white cotton highlights. Some minor surface marks. Original side cords. The other kilims generally sound condition, the one with smaller squares also with highlights cotton. Both with minor faint colour run and both with wear and marks commensurate with use. One with label stapled to reverse. Striking patterns, all in sound usable condition.
