Condition
Overall measurements; 319cm across the top, 323cm across the bottom, 427cm from the left, 424cm from the right.
Pile generally even 4mm with some areas to the field down to knotbars. There are scattered areas of re-piling, most notably to the centre of the field approx. 39cm in length. These areas appear in the image as tonally lighter, for further images please contact the department. There is a re-woven section to the left of the top border, measuring approx. 35 by 15cm. There are two dark marks either side of this section and a further situated in the top right of the bottom left quadrant. Small scattered dark marks and repairs throughout. The carpet has its original flatweave at bottom end, this is missing at the top, which is not overlocked. Carpet would benefit from a clean. A decorative carpet of good scale.
