Condition

Overall very good condition. When viewed in person, the piece with great detailing to the geometric colored pattern. Flatwoven ground with some scattered spot stains and surface dirt and light abrasions, pile areas of design with good 1/4in. pile. Ends folded under and sewn and secured with cloth tape, probably original to the piece. Sides original. Supple handle, sound fabric and good condition. A great work by Eliel and Loja Saarinen, with great presence when viewed first hand.
