With some occasional minute scattered air bubble inclusions, all inherent in the making and not at all visually detracting to the vase. There is a small shallow clam-shell surface fleck (approximately 1/4 inch diameter) located approximately 1 inch above the foot. With two very faint small circular ghosted marks just above the foot (approximately 1/2 inch in diameter) which appear to be from a prior application of labels. The exterior surfaces with a few very light and minor surfaces scratches. The vase interior with light traces of surface soiling. The interior is beautifully iridized, imparting the vase with strong luminosity. When viewed with remitted light, the vase exterior displays vibrant chartreuse green leaves against a deep and rich lavender ground with green and blue hues. The catalogue photography shows the vase with partially remitted light, which brings out rich hues of red throughout the glass. A gorgeous paperweight vase displaying outstanding decoration and coloration.
