Condition
Overall in good condition. The wooden surfaces have been sensitively refinished and are in good overall condition with minor surface scratches and edge abrasions consistent with age and use; visible in the catalogue illustration; mostly around the front of the base U-shaped platforms. The pieces have been reupholstered and the leather presents with gentle hairline craquelures consistent with age. One armchair with two circular brass plugs, now lacking and revealing the heads of the screws of the frame construction. The leather lining with discoloration and a few possible replacement of the lining of a few circular brass pins. The table with min the more extensive loss of stained decoration visible in the catalogue illustration around top edge and bottom platform.
