Condition

This painting has recently been cleaned. It is in original, unlined condition. There is faint, stable craquelure visible throughout. On the reverse, three patches show, two in the upper right, and one larger patch in the center left. Under UV, inpainting to areas corresponding with patches fluoresce, as well as minimal touch-ups in the figure.

Since we are not professional conservators or restorers, we urge you to consult with a restorer or conservator of your choice who will be better able to provide a detailed, professional report.
