Condition

Overall, the condition of the bronze is very good, with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There is some minor rubbing to the silvered patina, notably to the high points of the folds of the proper left arm. There is some reddish paint residue visible in areas, including to the folds of the drapery around the proper left leg, to the underside of the dish on the column, to the hair on the proper right side of the face, and to a fold of drapery at the centre on the reverse. There are some minor nicks and scratches, including to the proper right upper arm and to the shoulder blades.
