Condition

Overall, the condition of the terracotta is good, with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There are a few dirt marks to some of the edges, including to the proper left shoulder. There is an original small hole to the top of the hat. There are yellowish residues to the back of the hat and to the back of the truncation. There are some small chips to the edges, including at the proper right shoulder. There are some chips and abrasions to the bottom of the base. There are a few small lacunae.
