Condition

Overall the condition of the terracotta is very good with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There are a few small minor lacunae, including one in the back at the rocks. There are some small restored chips and abrasions around the bottom of the base. It is possible that some of the tips and edges of the hair could be restored. The patina has darkened in areas, including to some of the high points such as the woman's hair and hands.
