Condition

Overall the condition of the bronze is very good, with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age, including dust in the crevices. There is some rubbing to the patina at the high points. There are a few minor nicks and scratches, including to the front of the terrasse at the bottom and above the 'hors concours' inscription, and to the woman's proper left elbow. There is some dryness to the patina in a few areas, including to the baby's palms and the inside of the woman's proper left arm.
