Condition

laid down on album sheet. A few light brown stains at the left margin, the actual album page is torn at the left side. A few other small light brown stains in the upper section of the sheet. Overall in good condition. Pen and ink and wash remain strong and vibrant. Sold unframed The other two designs for tureens are mounted on the same album page. Both in very good condition, some light staining around the edges of the sheet. Otherwise medium remains strong. Two designs are sold in a modern wood frame.

Sold together with a design for an ecuelle, cover and stand, with ribbon-tied festoons and beaded borders, and detail of the cover and a design for a rectangular toilet box, with festoons, flowerheads and beaded borders and detail of the cover.  Both sheets are mounted on the same album page (see Provenance).
