Condition

Please note that the movement has not been checked for timekeeping accuracy and Sotheby's will not be held responsible for any repairs should they be required. The movement is working at the time of cataloguing but would benefit from a service in a near future. The dial some marks of oxidation but in good general condition. Hands in good condition. Case with scuffs throughout due to age and normal use, the lugs have been polished. Hallmarks to lugs partly vanished, to the band of the case very clear Overall in fair condition. This is a nice example of a Patek Philippe vintage wristwatch from the 1940's with a larger than average diameter for the period. It is one of only 5 known with pink dial.
