Catalogue Note
This lot, fresh to the market, is a very fine example of the reference 5039 which was produced as a variation on the 3940 design, adding a distinctive clous de Paris, or hobnail, bezel. Patek Philippe introduced this model in 1996 and discontinued production in 2006.
