Condition

Please note that the movement has not been tested for the accuracy of its time keeping and therefore a service should be carried out in the near future at the buyer's expense. The movement is running at the time of cataloguing and the world time disk rotates. Dial with scuffs and aged. Case with the usual scuffs, scratches due to age and wear, some dents to the case back, the diamonds and rubies are later. Attractive vintage example of a world time manufactured by Louis Cottier himself.

Catalogue Note

In excellent condition with crisp hallmarks, the attractive pink gold world time is a rare example of World time manufactured by the celebrated Louis Cottier for Agassiz. The watchmaker delivered a total of around 455 world time movements both for pocket and wristwatches to renowned manufactures such as Patek Philippe and Rolex.
