Overall in very good condition. The shade with approximately 8 cracks to the glass tiles dispersed throughout. All of these cracks appear stable. All of the reticulated bronze wing overlays appear intact, stable and in very good condition. The leaded glass with surface soiling to the recessed contours of the shade leading and natural folds of the glass, consistent with age and gentle use. All of the reticulated bronze wing overlays appear intact, stable and in very good condition, with minor surface soiling to the recessed contours. A few of the cabochons with minor divitrification to the interior. The patinated bronze surfaces of the base throughout display a rich dark green and russet brown patina. The bronze surfaces with some occasional light surface scratches, abrasions and gentle rubbing to the high points of the design consistent with age and gentle use. The base retains its original switch. All of the sockets and paddle switches appear original and undisturbed. The finial appears to be original and displays a closely corresponding patina to the base. The finial with a very minor indentation to the bottom perimeter border. When viewed in person the lamp displays rich luminous coloration throughout and brilliant hues in the cabochon jewels. The catalogue photography does not sufficiently capture the luminosity and richness of the glass and jewels.
