Overall in very good condition. The patinated bronze surfaces throughout display a particularly rich and deep russet brown and green patina, showing gentle rubbing, a few scattered light surface scratches and light surface soiling to some of the recessed contours of the design consistent with age and gentle use. The bronze surfaces with a few small and minor areas of discoloration. The inset favrile glass appears original and undisturbed and displays rich palette of mottled warm green hues which are more saturated than they appear in the catalogue illustration. The backplate to the reverse with a few areas of minor discoloration, scattered surface scratches and areas of light rubbing to the patina. The backplate appears to retain the original easel stand and associated hardware. The easel stand continues the beaded border decorative device of the exterior. The clear glass front with scattered shallow surface scratches and minor edge chips throughout, the largest measuring ¼ inch in length at the corner, none of which are visible once the glass is installed in the frame. This frame presents beautifully with strong visual presence, displaying finely executed decoration which is beautifully heighten by the painterly patina throughout.
