Condition

Overall in very good condition. The “lily” shades are a well-matched assembled set, displaying slight variations in form and coloration. The “Lily” shades, which are in excellent condition, are beautifully iridized and when viewed with reflected light display strong luminous color and a range of brilliant jewel-tone hues. A few of the shades with minute pin-head size flecks to the top aperture rims (exceedingly minor and only visible under close inspection when the shades are not installed). The gilt bronze mount has been recently cleaned and slightly enhanced to revitalize the surfaces. The surfaces throughout with some light surface wear, rubbing and minor discolorations consistent with age and gentle use. The gilt ceiling canopy and ornamental ceiling mount, corresponding hook and link chain all appear original to the fixture, showing light surface wear and discolorations consistent with age and gentle handling. The gilt floral bobeches and interior porcelain sockets all appear original and undisturbed. This fixture presents beautifully, displaying elegant and refined proportions and scale and a beautiful set of Lily shades.
