Condition

The x-ray reveals a ca 8x2.5cm crescent-shaped section that is broken out of the rim and restored. The glaze is worn on the exterior of the bowl. The inventory number 1605 is inscribed in black on the unglazed base. The bowl is sturdily potted, the glaze a more saturated, less reddish tone than the catalogue illustration suggests.
