de forme conique aux bords largement évasés, le pied non-émaillé, la couverte intérieure tachetée beige-brun-jaune ornée de deux phénix et trois fleurettes dont une au centre sous un mamelon en relief, l'extérieur recouvert d'une glaçure brun foncé ponctuée de jaune, restaurations, D.W. 1612
Provenance
Discovered in Jiangxi province (according to collector's notes).
Condition
The x-ray shows that the bowl is broken in half and restored. It further shows two cracks extending ca. 5cm from the rim into the sides of the bowl. The back of the bowl suggests that the bowl is broken into five additional pieces. The unglazed base inscribed in black with the inventory number 1612. The glaze is of a more yellowish and less reddish tone than the catalogue illustration suggests.
