RARE EARLY PHOTOGRAPHS OF SOUTH AMERICA from the time of the Spanish Scientific Expedition to the Pacific, 1862 to 1866. Rafael Castro y Ordóñez (1834–1865) was the official expedition photographer and took a large number of views, others were acquired from local photographers.
