LARGE PAPER AND EXTRA-ILLUSTRATED COPY, FIRST EDITION, 3 volumes, folio (485 x 297mm.), 54 engraved maps, plans and plates, some marked "proof", EXTRA-ILLUSTRATED with approximately 312 watercolour coats-of-arms, volume 1 contains two subscribers' lists and the directions to the binder leaf, errata leaf at end of volume 3, nineteenth-century morocco gilt by F. Bedford, gilt edges, plates in vol.1 slightly spotted, more so in other vol.
