Catalogue Note
The first album covers the construction of the new deep water pier from February 1957 to October 1961, and the second album shows images of the completed pier and the official opening by the ruler of Bahrain H.H. Sheikh Issa bin Sulman Al Khalifah on 31 May 1962.
