Overall in very good condition. As expected with the Cypriote technique, the exterior surfaces are wonderfully irregular and tactile showing some occasional surface irregularities and open air bubbles, all inherent in the making and decorative technique. The exterior of the vase with a few very light and fine surfaces scratches. The interior with some very minor surface dirt. The exterior is intensely iridized, imparting the vase with strong luminous color and a range of brilliant hues. An exceptional example of Tiffany's Cypriote technique, displaying good scale, highly artistic decoration and strong luminous color. When viewing this work firsthand, the coloration of the vase is slightly more nuanced and less saturated than seen in the catalogue illustration. This vase is accompanied by a custom-designed storage box which will be available to the successful purchaser. -----
