Overall in very good condition. The blown glass glass shade with some small scattered air bubble and particulate inclusions throughout all inherent in the making and not at all visually detracting. By all accounts the green favrile glass which is blown through the bronze base reticulations is original and undisturbed, showing no visible signs of any cracks or condition issues. The patinated bronze surfaces of the base display a particularly rich and satisfying russet brown patina, showing some occasional light surface scratches, surface wear, rubbing, surface soiling in the recessed areas, and isolated areas of surface residue. The patina with scattered traces of surface oxidation and areas of minor surface discolorations throughout, consistent with age and use. Please note the oil base is not electrified and retains its burner unit and burner knobs. An early and rare oil lamp in remarkable original condition, displaying a particularly artistic shade with superb decoration to the bronze work throughout. -----
