Condition
Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is lighter and more vibrant in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There are faint stretcher bar marks to the two vertical edges, the top edge and either side of the central horizontal stretcher bar. Inspection in raking light reveals a few thin and unobtrusive hairline cracks, notably towards the upper right corner and two horizontal ones in the lower right quadrant. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
