Description
- 77cm., 30.¼in. high, 265cm., 104¼ in. long, 119cm. 46¾in. deep
black and red lacquer, top decorated with inlaid shell trees, on solid trestle support
Condition
Overall good condition. Surface top with multiple scratches to lacquer, mostly surface with some deeper scratches. Mother of pearl inlay intact. Visible seam showing across centre of table under lacquer, no cracks. Small circular chips on edges. Red lacquered sides in good condition with some paint restoration to edges. Brass trim inlay intact.
Base in good condition with chips and cracks to the lacquer on the base. Small seam about an inch long vertically from top side about an inch long. Lacquer beginning to peel back from seams on side panels. Rear left panel with significant lacquer peel, coming completely away from the wood underneath, but still intact.
