each six-sided body rising from a short spreading foot to a tall waisted neck, painted to the front face with a mountainous river landscape and to the other with long tailed birds perched amidst blooms issuing from rockwork, all covered in a transparent pale celadon glaze, wood stands

Condition

The vases are in good condition with the exception of a large frit to one rim and minor glaze firing imperfections including iron spots and burst bubbles and light scratches and rubbing to the glaze especially at the edges of the body.
