Condition
Original canvas. There is a pattern of craquelure overall. Ultra-violet light reveals a small number of minor repairs (with adhesive visible on the reverse), notably one in the lower centre of her drapery, two near the right edge near the urn, and one in the upper-right of the column with the fire above, and a few scattered very minor spots. Otherwise the work presents well and is ready to hang.
Presented in a decorative gilt frame, as visible in the catalogue illustration.
