Condition

In overall good conserved condition. The colour is less yellow and there is more contrast with the blue lacquer and gilding. The marble tops are in good condition with some miniscule scattered chips and areas of infill along the front edge. Attractive detail to carving. Some refreshment to painting and gilding. Evidence of old very minor worm which appears to be no longer active. Some very minor chips and wear to gilding. There are hairline construction cracks at the joints but these can be left or easily filled. Some very minor chips to carved sections on the back of the legs of one table especially and some minor losses of leaves and fruit on the rear left leg of the same table.
