The painting is on its original canvas and stretcher. On the naked eye: The painting is in good overall condition, under an irregular dirty varnish. We notice the marks of the stretcher 3 cm. from each border, a small loss (pinhead size) in the centre of the turquoise ribbon, another small loss (same size) on the right of the figure seen from behind leaning over the basket and a another small loss of 3 mm. diameter on the lower centre. We notice some superficial traces of dirty varnish and some restorations on the ribbon in the centre above the small loss already mentioned, on the left of the landscape and on the sky. Under UV light: We notice a slightly green uniform varnish and some restorations on the places already mentioned.
