Condition

Fair condition; lacquer is stable overall; age cracks to the doors and side panels over lines of construction with some subsequent losses to the lacquer; small chips and losses to the lacquer at edges especially to bottom edge of upper section and to edges of the stand particularly the legs and feet; the whole would benefit from some conservation as it appears to retain the majority of it is original decoration; some restorations and areas of inpainting to some of the figures and to edges.
