In good condition; some soiling to surface: along the margins (particularly the right margin--under mat), a few scattered light stains/spots of foxing in lighter and unpainted areas; a couple of stray marks at upper center; sheet is hinged to backing with pieces of plastic tape along upper edge, verso; handling creases along upper and lower edges (under mat); framed under Plexiglas
