Catalogue Note
Created in Glasgow in 1992, Eustace describes the Buskers project as '...more about a collective group rather than individual sitters or current fashions. It was about a time and place I bore witness to and which was a crossroads in my career'. (David Eustace Selected Works, Scottish Gallery exhibition catalogue, February 2015, p. 10)
