the first of double-gourd form with a subtly flared mouth rim, the second of elongated, tapering flask form, engraved with a lady in a garden, the reverse with sparrows and poetic inscription, the base signed Yu Shan, stoppers (4)

Condition

The double gourd form bottle is in good general condition, except for tiny nicks to the inner and outer rim, and expected wear and light scratching from age and use. There is marking in black to the underside of the bottle that reads M-23. The flask form bottle has 1 minute chip to the inner rim, and wear to the surface and black painted decoration with minor losses. There is expected wear from age and use.
