- BRONZE
formed as two parts, with a gently flaring conical upper section set with opposing taotie loop handles, and a rounded slightly concave lower section with a circular aperture in the middle (2)
Condition
There is a 1/2 in (1 cm) long repair to the lip of the upper section. The patina has a slightly uneven attractive gold color. The loop in the handles are filled with residue. The lower section has some shallow dents and small spots of green encrustation. Both pieces have minor nicks and signs of wear on the surface.
