Description

  • cotton fabrics
painted with legendary folk hero Jiraiya surrounded by toads, based on the Jiraiya Goketsu Monogatari (Tale of the Gallant Jiraiya), on heavy woven indigo dyed cotton, tsutsugaki, with blue stitching

Condition

There is wear along the top of the collar, edge of the sleeves and hem. The stitching along the lower right border of the opening is loose. There are some stains just above the front right hem. A hook and eye closure has been added to the front opening. Light fading and general surface wear.
