the single floating panel top within a rectangular frame, above a shaped apron carved in low relief with a stylized taotie mask at the center and angular scrollwork at the corners, supported on square section legs terminating in angular-scrolled feet
Condition
The table is missing its waist section on one short side. The joints where the legs meet the apron have repaired breaks and are loose. The top panel and frame have water and ring-shaped stains and there is a filled split down the full length of one long side of the frame. There are filled splits to the inside of one leg. The surface has been cleaned and a bit dry and worn overall. There are small nicks and chips along the edges and to the feet from wear and use.
