Condition

The vase to the left of the catalogue photo is missing inlay to the begonia decoration and also to six of the inlaid jade scrolls on the sides. There is a loss to a small section of silver-wire inlay at the rim. On the other vase, some of the inlaid jade pieces appear to be replacements. Both vases have some loose silver-wire, minor nicks along the edges, slight warpage to the wood panels in their backs, minor nicks and cracks to the jade inlay, and serial numbers written on them in white pigment on the back of one and back and base of the other.
